How much does an office fit-out cost?

It depends on the size of the job, the materials and what's already there, and material prices move too often for a fixed list to stay honest. Tell us what you're planning and we'll come back with a quote for your job.

Can you do the electrics and plumbing as well as the building work?

Yes. Electrical installations, plumbing and heating are planned as part of the fit-out rather than added afterwards, so one contractor answers for the whole job.

Do you work on older or listed commercial buildings?

Yes. Risdon is an appointed contractor for English Heritage and Natural England, so period and listed buildings are familiar ground.

Can you look after the building once the fit-out is done?

Yes. Planned maintenance is part of our commercial work, so the same team that built it can keep it in good order.

What warranty do I get?

It depends on the job and the materials, so there isn't one blanket figure. Your quote sets out exactly what's covered for your project before you agree to anything.
